DELIVERY POLICY

We take pride in offering the best cakes in Cairo, backed up by a bespoke delivery service that ensures every order reaches its destination in perfect condition! Our drivers deliver directly from our bakery all week round, to lucky recipients all over Cairo. If you're ordering from further away contact us to arrange for a special delivery or pick up!

All our deliveries are made between 1pm till 8pm and we operate using a time slot system. We strive to drop off your order at the most convenient time, but we cannot promise a specific time.

Our time slots are arranged by area:

12:00-14:00pm Agouza, Mohandeseen, Dokki, Zamalek, Garden City, Downtown & surrounding areas
14:00-17:00pm: Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October & surrounding areas
15:00-20:00pm: Maadi, Mokkatam, Heliopolis, Nasr City, Tagamoa, Shorouk, Madinaty, Rehab & surrounding areas

Pre-12pm delivery slots are available for an additional cost. For multi-drop deliveries, timed/earlier deliveries or large orders going further afield please contact us directly!

Our delivery team will contact you 30mins to an hour prior to delivery to let you know when to expect your order.
